Final times emailed out several days in advance of the event to those who have paid in full. Low tide is 11am.
The ride will take place over parkland and woodland and includes the beautiful beaches at the end of the Erme estuary.
The total length is roughly 8 miles with no options .
The route will be flagged and a map will be circulated to those attending .
